We carry a wide range of practitioner only supplement brands, which can be dispensed once we’ve verified your prescription and stored your details in our system.

Vega Testing

We have been utilising the Vega Machine in Clinic for over two decades to assist in identifying food and environmental intolerances and sensitivities.

This non invasive Vega testing method covers an extensive range of food and environmental substances.

During the testing process, the patient holds an electrode while the practitioner uses a probe to create pressure on the palm of your hand sending electrical currents through acupuncture meridian points. The machine then gives numerical readings, which measures the body’s resistance and gives a degree of sensitivity to each substance that is tested.

The testing is suitable for all ages, with the use of urine for pediatric testing.

Where do I even begin?!

Where do I even begin?! All 3 of my girls have had Vega testing done at the allergy centre and been treated by Michelle and I can’t even describe how wonderful it has always been. My now 3 year old was the first one to be seen after getting meningitis at 6 weeks old she cried all day and night and we could never work out how to help her our first visit had me in tears with what came up but with the recommended treatment we went in for more Vega testing and the results shocked me, we worked through everything with Michelle and within a few weeks had a happy healthy baby. Last year my now 1 year old with CMPI was seen by Michelle and had similar issues but we were struggling to find a formula that she could have and Michelle and the lovely ladies at the allergy centre went above and beyond to help me testing everything and with her treatment.. just a few days ago my 8 year old started seeing Michelle for her turn.. I recommend them to everyone, without the help and support we received I wouldn’t have been able to get through it I thank them so much for everything they have done for my girls!

I’ve had eczema all over

I’ve had eczema all over my body for years and couldn’t figure out what was causing it. After so many doctor visits and trying different creams with no real results, I decided to try Vega Testing at the Allergy Centre in Jamison. How can I order practitioner supplements from your dispensary?

Firstly, we require a copy of your original script to put on file. It is best to either email through a copy with exactly what you are after, and we will contact you directly with stock availability. Email allergycentre@bigpond.com.

Do I need a referral for Vega testing?

No, we do not require referrals, however some Doctors will still provide you one when they refer you over to us.

Can I apply to be a part of the Naturopathic team?

Absolutely! Come in and introduce yourself or call or email us.
